All reservations require a valid driver license to reserve your order. Orders are delivered once full payment is received.
Cancellation:
Due to all reserved orders being prepared ahead of time, a restocking fee of 25% will apply to all cancelled orders.
Delivery Service:
Please call for the delivery charge to your area. Delivery is to the ground floor or garage within a reasonable distance of the loading area.
Loss and Damages:
We understand things happen, therefore we charge for the missing, broken or damaged item at our wholesale pricing, to soften the blow. Thank you for understanding.
Security Deposit:
Your Security deposit is
100% Refundable after all rental items have been returned and inspected. The Security Deposit is 25% of your total order. Please allow
one day for inspection.
